As part of the 2013 centenary celebrations, Sitwell Park is investing in a new Black & Tann. the former wooden building has been demolished and a new block-work constructed building is being erected.

The new Black & Tann 'halfway house' stands to the left of the twelfth green and will be ready for the new 2012 season in the Spring. It will include an improved kitchen/serving area to one side, and at the back there will be two toilet cubicles. A new patio area will allow golfers to enjoy the view down the 13th fairway.
